Ensuring parking arrangements for your charter bus is your responsibility. While your assigned rental representative at ADC Bus Charter may assist you in locating parking in the ADC area, it is your group’s responsibility to make reservations and cover parking fees. Additionally, for multi-day trips, it is crucial to secure overnight parking for your bus.
Each trip with ADC Bus Charter has a minimum rental duration of 5 hours. We do not impose maximum limits on rentals, and our team is flexible in coordinating logistics for extended distances or extended rental periods. Whether it’s a long-distance journey or a prolonged rental, we are here to accommodate your needs.

You have the flexibility to cancel your trip at any time by contacting our 24/7 rental team. Trips canceled at least 14 days prior to the scheduled travel date may qualify for a refund of the trip cost, but the deposit will be forfeited. Unfortunately, trips canceled within 14 days of the travel date are non-refundable.
Pricing
ADC Bus Charter rental prices are tailored to each specific trip. For an accurate estimate of your charter bus rental costs, the most convenient approach is to contact our team and request a complimentary quote.
To secure your ADC Bus Charter, a 30% deposit is necessary. The complete balance of your invoice must be settled 30 days prior to the commencement of your journey.
Your ADC Bus Charter quote encompasses the hourly/daily bus cost, bus mileage, driver’s compensation, insurance, and fuel charges. However, it does not cover additional fees such as parking, tolls, driver’s gratuity, and accommodations for your driver
Drivers
Only the designated and trained driver assigned to your charter bus will be permitted to operate it. No exceptions are permitted, even if you hold a CDL license.
Your driver’s meals and beverages will be provided. While bringing your own food on board is allowed, your driver may appreciate a few snacks as a gesture of goodwill.
For overnight trips, it is necessary to arrange a hotel room for your ADC Bus Charter driver. As per regulations, your driver must have a minimum of 8 hours of rest for every 10 hours of driving. Certain hotels may provide group discounts for room blocks, allowing you to easily add a room for your driver’s accommodation. Ensure your driver has a clean and comfortable space for a well-rested journey.
While tipping is not mandatory, it is strongly encouraged and genuinely valued. We suggest expressing your appreciation for your ADC Bus Charter driver’s service and dedication by tipping within the range of 10-20%.
Vehicles
The ADC Bus Charter network offers a diverse range of bus models, ranging from 18-passenger minibuses ideal for private tours to 56-passenger charter bus rentals suitable for school field trips.
Currently, party bus rentals are not available through ADC Bus Charter. If you’re organizing a night out or hosting a special event, such as a bachelorette party, our rental experts can assist you in finding a comfortable minibus that aligns with your travel requirements
The amenities provided will vary based on the type of bus you choose for rental. Full-size charter buses typically come equipped with features such as WiFi, USB and power outlets, TVs with DVD players, reclining seats, and onboard restrooms. Minibuses, while offering most amenities, do not include onboard restrooms. If you have specific amenity requirements, please make sure to communicate them when making your reservation.
Indeed, we provide ADA-accessible bus rentals featuring amenities such as extra hand railing and wheelchair lifts. When making your bus reservation, please inform your reservation expert of any specific accessibility requirements to ensure the comfort of all passengers.

Consumption of alcohol may be allowed on your bus with prior approval. Please inform your rental expert in advance if you wish to have alcohol on board.
Smoking in any form is not allowed on board.
Kindly ensure to tidy up after your trip. In the event of any mess left on the bus, your group may incur cleaning fees of up to $250.
